Chad Romero
OwnerChad is the proud owner of G-FORCE® Parking Lot Striping of Baton Rouge, where he leads with discipline, precision, and a deep commitment to customer service. A native of New Iberia, Baton Rouge, Chad brings more than two decades of leadership experience from his time in the U.S. Army, where he served 20 years on active duty and retired as a First Sergeant. During his military career as an Artilleryman, he deployed in support of Operations Desert Shield/Desert Storm and Enduring Freedom. Chad holds an MBA in Business Management from Columbia Southern University and is a graduate of the U.S. Army Sergeants Major Academy. His background in construction project management, paired with hands-on experience in the trades, allows him to understand and meet the needs of his clients with both technical expertise and genuine empathy. Outside of work, Chad enjoys spending time outdoors, training for physical fitness, and expressing his creativity as a trained chef.
