Dr. Bailey earned her doctorate from LSU Health Sciences Center after graduating summa cum laude from LSU Agriculture & Mechanical College. She completed an internship and residency in pediatrics at University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, Arkansas Children's Hospital. Dr. Bailey is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the American Medical Association.
