Dr. Champagne earned a medical degree from LSU School of Medicine in New Orleans before completing general surgery residencies at LSU School of Medicine in New Orleans and Lahey Clinic in Burlington, Mass. He finished a fellowship in colon and rectal surgery at LSU Hospital in Shreveport. He is a fellow of the American Society of Colon and Rectal Surgeons and a member of Lafayette Parish Medical Society, Louisiana State Medical Society, and more.
